Live-chat platform built for the RF Zone client area: an embeddable widget, a customer portal with chat history and a console for the support team. Messages, typing and read receipts travel over Socket.IO, Facebook Messenger conversations land in the same inbox, and customers arrive already signed in through single sign-on from RF Zone. An AI assistant answers quick questions from the knowledge base in the customer's language and hands the chat to a person when asked or when it isn't sure. In the console it also translates, rewrites and summarises for the agents. Admins get invitations and roles, statistics on agent speed and on how often the assistant solved a chat alone, and monitoring with alerts. Slovak, English and Czech. Správy, písanie a prečítanie idú cez Socket.IO, konverzácie z Facebook Messengera padajú do toho istého inboxu a zákazníci prichádzajú už prihlásení cez SSO z RF Zone. AI asistent odpovedá na rýchle otázky z databázy znalostí v jazyku zákazníka a chat odovzdá človeku, keď o to zákazník požiada alebo si nie je istý. V konzole supportérom aj prekladá, prepisuje a zhŕňa konverzácie. Admin má pozvánky a roly, štatistiky rýchlosti supportérov aj toho, koľko chatov asistent vyriešil sám, a monitoring s upozorneniami.
